Will we be able to spend any time with the speaker before or after the
program?

Usually speakers like to spend time with the event sponsor. Keep in mind,
though, that most speakers have families and businesses and are on tight
schedules. We try to schedule the arrival and departure of speakers to allow
time for your media and promotional needs and to make any special
preparations that must be made. Our biggest priority, however, is to make
your event the best it can be. That's usually the speaker's priority, too.
