- How will we know the speaker's travel plans?
- The questionnaire you receive before your event will help us make the speakers travel arrangements. Most of our speakers have very demanding schedules, not to mention business and family obligations. Sometimes it's necessary to schedule their arrangements at the last minute. We make every effort to inform you or the speaker's travel plans prior to your event. We will also forward an invoice for those travel expenses to you.
